 
            
        No Man is an Island is a wooden panel piece with three individual oil portraits and handmade frames, investigating the interconnectedness between us all. It links towards all aspects of humanity and urges the viewer to assess their belonging to a wider world community. It also encourages the development of identity into individualism and highlights the importance of diversity. The piece celebrates our differences and emphasises the need for acceptance in order to break through barriers and build a better world.
